How to request a refund of tickets purchased at

The travel planner and online store are operated by NOR-WAY Bussekspress.

Tickets bought at are refundable if you submit this form at least 24 hours before the first departure time. Return tickets are considered one ticket and can only be refunded in full. If you accidentally order the wrong ticket, we will refund the ticket if you use this form immediately (maximum one hour) after purchase.

When the ticket is refunded, the money is automatically returned to the same card used for the purchase. Such chargeback usually takes up to five business days.

We're unable to change tickets purchased at, so if you want another day or departure time we ask you to book a new ticket and fill out the form below to cancel the original.
